IT Technician (MSP)
Job Description:
A well‑established IT management services provider with an experienced team delivering best‑practice, trend‑aligned IT and telecommunications solutions.
The technical team is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to work in a small, collaborative environment while supporting multiple clients of varying sizes across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and basic network administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Remote & on-site support (PCs, laptops, printers)
- Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
- Basic configurations - Routers, switches, firewalls
- DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Backups & disaster recovery
- Onboarding/offboarding & documentation
- VoIP (Plus point): SIP, QoS, basic troubleshooting
Essential Requirements:
- Strong Windows (desktop/server) skills
- Solid networking knowledge
- Good communication & customer focus
- Ability to handle multi-tenant MSP environments
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to speak both English and Afrikaans.
