Senior Systems Analyst – ERP (Sandton)

Purpose: Support, enhance, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) across the business, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver ERP solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead D365 F&O support and continuous improvement.
• Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Drive ERP integrations and onboarding of new business units.
• Manage testing, releases, and system changes.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support and resolve complex issues.
• Engage stakeholders and contribute to IT projects.
• Support reporting and analytics using Power BI.

Requirements:

• Relevant IT Degree or Diploma.
• 8+ years in Systems Analysis or Business Analysis.
• Strong ERP experience, preferably D365 Finance & Operations.
• SQL, system integration, and Power BI knowledge.
• Understanding of financial and business processes.
• Experience with SDLC, testing, and change management.
